Fairdeal UPVC, Aluminium & Glass Ltd began life in 1981 with Mufaddal Glass & Hardware located on Jomo Kenyatta avenue.

Later the Hardware business separated and evolved in to Ezzi Paints & Hardware. The growing demand of our products led to the formation of Burhani Glass & Hardware in 1992 which specialised in automobile screens.

In 1995, we started the manufacture of aluminium doors and windows at our workshop on Kisimani-the current head offcie, and later in 2001 the company began producing UPVC doors and windows, and 2006 marked the beginning of FAIRDEAL UPVC, ALUMINIUM & GLASS LTD.

The following year 2007, was a milestone in the expansion of FAIRDEAL with the launching of a UPVC fabricating unit in Dar-es-Salaam and in Malindi in 2008.
